WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager is a key position in our Southern Nevada operations. You’ll lead the O&M teams in a top-tier safety culture and manage EH&S safety practices. This EH&S Manager will implement, administer, develop, and improve EH&S programs, assist management in injury and illness prevention, and ensure operations are following local, state and federal environmental and safety regulations.
Reporting to our Vice President of EH&S, you’ll primarily work with all operations teams, in multiple plantsto maintain a culture where employees at all levels understand EH&S processes and are committed to maintaining a safe and environmentally compliant work environment.

You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You have 3 or more years of experience leading, mentoring, and coaching the EH&S function in a manufacturing setting. You’ve created training programs, and you don’t shy away from being on the plant floor. You’re a lifelong learner preferably with a Bachelor’s in occupational health and safety with a CSP designation (not required). Safety is your passion and you don’t take shortcuts. You’re safety conscious not just for yourself, but for your team. Bilingual communication in English/Spanish strongly preferred.
